3 years back, my mural art mentor Jon Tham approached me to collaborate with him to work on some digital paintings of Marvel-licensed characters for a 3D exhibition by Marvel Comics, in collaboration with ArtVo Australia. I couldn’t say no and joined the project.
My paintings didn’t really make it to the exhibition event but it was a fun project no doubt, and I was honored that Jon Tham got me to work on a notable brand. At least the paintings were scanned through by ArtVo and of course Marvel Comics. For that, I’d still like to share these here instead of keeping them in my drive.
Finished Cuphead DLC and The Cuphead Show Season 2! To those who gave so much love and support to my first Cuphead art, here’s the DLC artwork as promised! I get to keep creating because of you guys!
Oh and also, Chalice and Esther Winchester kinda won my heart after playing the DLC, they’re just wonderful characters. Studio MDHR please let there be a second game!
Finished watching The Cuphead Show! while this artwork was in progress, was such a big fan of the game and I was so excited when Netflix announced the animated series! Love every bit of its slapsticks and rubber hose animation work by Lighthouse, please let there be season 2, WALLOP!

Back when the Producers announced the new animated anthology, as a fan of the live-action series, so I couldn’t say no to the opportunity. Big thank you to Mighty animation for making this happen, really happy to be part of the team!
Hey guys, yes I’m still very much alive, was away for quite a while, haven’t had the time to work on any personal stuff this year, but I’m posting this up to share a project I’ve contributed in the past few months, as some of you would know already, Rick & Morty Season 5 has been running since June and the last episode dropped some time this week.
I’m happy to share that I was hired as a freelance Cut-Out Animator, earlier this year by Mighty Animation, one of Mexico’s biggest animation studios. The team was starting with the last episode’s progress and I came in right on time to join the Cut-Out Animation crew. This is my first time working on a project produced by Adult Swim and with a team of talented animators from different parts of the world, it was so nice making new friends with some of the wonderful folks at Mighty, never have I felt so grateful with the experience and opportunity, such a great first step into the western side of the animation industry. Muchas Gracias Mighty!

Achievement Unlocked! Every year I tend to pick up new art challenges, the bigger the canvas gets, the bolder you grow with your artistic prowess.
Here at @fictionfoodcafekl , baus and friend, Ryan gave me the creative liberty to illustrate on the restaurant’s brick wall canvas. Here’s one of the challenging ones I mentioned from the previous post, that featured characters based on The Legend of Korra and Harry Potter, respectively. So Ryan, I know I’ve thanked you profusely time and time again, for this great opportunity, may the business for Fiction Food be abundant! 😁
Also, thank you to senpai Jon Tham for helping me kickstart and understand the process, as it was my first mural project. I was so nervous and wasn’t so sure where to even begin when I first started, I thought I was so screwed. 😂😂😂
So yes, be grateful for the people who push you to do your best.

Surprise! Next mural artwork featured at @fictionfoodcafekl in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, can be seen at the restaurant’s main dining area, stretching as far as 25 feet on one side of the wall. Work progress was quite strenuous on this one but end result was satisfying, though can’t beat the next one that I’ll be sharing after this.
As you guys can see, again, characters here are based off the popular Anime series, “Food Wars”, and the dishes held by them respectively, which can be seen in the series as well, are served here as real dishes! Compliments to Fiction Food’s chefs who creatively adapted the dishes from Fiction, to Food. Get it? 😂 YESSS!

After a few long weeks of busy work schedules, I can finally sit myself down, pick a few good finalised shots and post up this wonderful shit lolz. Here is the first of the many photos from Fiction Food Cafe’s mural project.
This one here was done for the café’s washroom wall, rendered in black and white, based on the popular Anime series that is well-loved by its fans, “Food Wars”’ character, Kojirō Shinomiya.

Disney’s Mulan illustration and client work done for one of Hawker Brownlow Digital’s reading comprehension program, based on the topic discussion about the Disney’s 1998 animated hit.
At the same time, we’re all aware that the live-action remake was released not very long ago and we all have seen it. Truth be told, I’ve had mixed feelings for the adaptation and can only compliment the film’s remarkable visuals, though its story’s pacing and character development felt just adequate. Then again, like most Disney live-action (or CGI) remakes for that matter.
Soooo, besides the remake’s great tagline, Loyal, Brave and True… Mulan 1998 is forever! 😁
Just managed to platinum Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4! Whew, Hard mode was quite grueling but it was a great great playthrough nonetheless. Here’s my delayed illustrated piece for you FF fans and gamers out there, been so busy with client work that it took me a while to decide the background art for this piece. Soooo looking forward to playing Part 2 and hopefully it won’t be too long from now!🐥🗡️
